Role Overview:

The B2B SaaS Growth Hacker will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI-powered sales solutions, securing appointments, closing deals, and optimizing growth strategies. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in outbound prospecting, sales enablement, and funnel optimization. The ideal candidate is highly results-oriented, proactive, and skilled in B2B SaaS growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Drive rapid adoption of AI products, increasing MRR through strategic outbound efforts.

  • Identify and engage high-value prospects, setting up meetings and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure customer retention and success.

  • Gather customer insights to refine the product-market fit and improve conversion strategies.

Growth Strategy & Channel Optimization

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM automation.

  • Optimize messaging across websites, sales collateral, and landing pages for maximum conversion.

  • Manage Apollo.io for lead prospecting, outreach automation, and pipeline management.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine email sequences, messaging, and sales funnel performance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key growth metrics, including appointments set, MRR closed, and client retention rates.

  • Report insights, improvements, and next-step recommendations to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth and lead generation.

  • Strong track record in outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and closing deals.

  • Expertise in Apollo.io (or similar prospecting & automation tools).

  • Ability to craft persuasive, customer-centric messaging for high conversion rates.

  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset, prioritizing high-impact revenue channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Number of new ICP contacts generated per week/month.

  • Email deliverability (>95%), open rate (30-50%), reply rate (5-15%).

  • Meetings booked rate (1-3%).

Revenue & Growth Impact

  • MRR generated from outbound campaigns.

  • Number of deals closed/influenced by growth campaigns.

Optimization & Conversion

  • Website conversion rate improvements.

  • Effectiveness of sales collateral and outreach messaging.

  • A/B testing impact on conversion rates.

Skills & Experience:

  • Apollo.io proficiency – experience with outbound automation and prospecting.

  • Growth marketing expertise – knowledge of lead generation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel outreach.

  • Copywriting & Sales Psychology – ability to craft compelling messages that convert.

  • Technical fluency – familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, AI-driven marketing tools, and automation platforms.

  • Collaborative mindset – ability to work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.

Team & Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the CEO.

  • Works closely with Growth, Sales, and Product teams across Cape Town, London, and Serbia.
